Introduction to Qi Gong
Saturday 13th January 10am - 3pm
Throughout the class you will learn the basic theory of qi gong.
Start to understand the importance of meridians and acupressure points, some basic massage on points. 
An introduction to Tibetan Qi gong, Folk Qi Gong and Health Qi Gong.
This is a great day if you are interested in starting a beginners class to give you an idea of what to expect.
Booking is essential as places are limited.
