Joyful movements to lift mood and feel good! Connecting with others through different dance styles. Sample some salsa, cha cha cha, belly dancing, ballet, rock n roll, boogie and swing. Warm welcome to ladies, men, babywearing parents, older adults, young adults, pregnant women...

Absolute Beginners Salsa
Starts 12th May 11am - 1pm
Adrian y Lisa of Salsa-Dumfries-Annan are running weekly lessons for absolute/beginners.
They will create a friendly non judgemental environment where you can enjoy crossbody On1 salsa. Salsa is a party dance, where friends dance, have fun, party and enjoy each others company.

We focus on Mind, Body & Soul well-being and we love to bring you classes that are enjoyable and help you to feel empowered!

People of all ages, all sizes and all abilities are welcomed by our friendly instructors.

As well as weekly classes we have regular monthly workshops and events.

Our bright spacious venue has laminate flooring, fitted mirrors and an extremely welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. 

It’s nothing at all like a gym - more of a friendly space where you can move your body, exercise, relax and laugh with like-minded people.

Classes include:

Nia - an exhilarating and empowering dance fitness class suitable for all levels led by Studio 3 Manager & Nia Blue Belt Lucy Rose Donovan - the only Nia teacher in Dumfries & Galloway.

Have fun whilst learning to Hula Hoop with Lucy!

Sara Lockwood teaches Margaret Morris Movement (Modern / Contemporary Creative Dance) 

Annie Kyle teaches Pilates.

Scottish Country Dance sessions for adults are led by Jayne Riddet.

Beginners Yoga is taught by Jill Dobbie of Yoga from the Heart
